Meryle Mahrer Kaplan is Vice President of Advisory Services for Catalyst, Inc. Previously, she was a Faculty Member at Columbia University.
She has more than 20 years of experience working with organizations assessing their work environments, developing effective strategies to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion, and designing and implementing customized solutions.
Dr. Kaplan received a BA degree in Psychology from Douglass College, an MA degree in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut, and a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Columbia University.
